Ronan to Kalispell, MT

Today we traveled to Kalispell, MT, which was only about 70 miles from Ronan and took us around Flathead Lake. Such a pretty lake and it is pure snow melt.
The weather has been great, high 60’s to low 70’s, perfect weather for traveling.

The campground we are in, Spruce Park on the River is right on the Flathead River, and at this point is fed from snow melt from Glacier National Park.

This river is running fast and wide, and a little further down the bank has just taken out a chunk of riverbank with a tree.

Tomorrow we are going to Glacier, really looking forward to that.
